These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of glamevents.shop and the purchase of Tools & Power Equipment from Glamevents. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Glamevents operates glamevents.shop from 214 W Williamsburg Mnr, Arlington, TX 76014, United States. We sell Tools & Power Equipment to customers in France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete account and order information.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including specifications, compatibility, and power requirements. Images are for illustration. It is your responsibility to verify that a product is suitable for your intended use, voltage requirements, and local regulations before ordering.

4. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout where supported; otherwise, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or ship the product, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.

6. Payment

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Payment must be authorised before dispatch. If payment is declined or later reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. The return window is 14 days from delivery. This 14-day window is a voluntary policy; it does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have, including rights under EU/UK consumer law or applicable US state law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the store for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on glamevents.shop, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Glamevents or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glamevents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. For consumers in the EU/UK, your statutory rights are not affected.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers in the EU/UK retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws in their country of residence and may bring claims before the competent courts there. 13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that purchase.
