Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on glamevents.shop for Tools & Power Equipment.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to: France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside these countries will be cancelled and refunded.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing includes payment verification, order picking, packing, and handover to the carrier. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST/CDT or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance in the destination country may add additional time, especially for cross-border shipments into the EU/UK. We are not responsible for carrier delays after handover, but we will assist you in locating delayed shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders to the destinations listed above. The order total shown at checkout includes shipping. No additional shipping charges will be applied after checkout. 

5. Carriers

Carriers are selected based on destination and service availability. We ship with local/regional carriers appropriate to each destination country. The carrier and tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

6. Tracking

When available, tracking information is emailed to the address provided at checkout. Tracking may not activate until the carrier receives and scans the parcel. If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days of order confirmation, contact us.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For shipments to France, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom, import VAT and customs duties may be payable. Where our checkout collects taxes and duties, the order total will reflect this. Where duties/VAT are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying them to the carrier or customs authority before delivery. Refusal to pay duties resulting in the parcel being returned may result in deduction of return shipping and handling costs from any refund.

8. Undeliverable and Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay duties, we will contact you. We may reship the order at your expense or refund the product price minus original shipping and return costs, unless the return was caused by our error.
